The project mobilizes donations of funding, computers, smartphones, equipment, components, and infrastructure—new or pre-owned items that remain in good working condition—for distribution to beneficiaries. It supports the establishment of computer labs in schools in mountainous areas and provides warranty services to help keep equipment functional. The project also promotes online support channels, learning-sharing platforms, educational information resources, and digital and open educational resource repositories. In addition, it raises awareness and provides knowledge and skills in information security to help participants avoid online threats and risks. It supports teaching and learning for students and teachers in remote, disadvantaged, border, island, and underserved ethnic minority areas, helping expand access to technology and promote a digital society.
